It’s more his mane glowing in the low light, rather than his tail, but I think you get the idea of Flash walking through a fairytale. 🙂

I got this today from Anna Blake(horse/dog trainer) – with all the stress we are dealing with – possibly a way to relax!! Have no idea if it works but why wouldnt it? Horses do it all the time.
